You are invited to the 2009 Wright Family Reunion.....
When: Aug. 1 or 2 to Aug. 8, 9 or 10

Time: when you get here to when you leave.....

Come enjoy a week together filled with pictures , movies, games, visits, Yellowstone, crafts, sleeping in tents and of course EATING!!

We only have less than a week to go and we can hardly wait! We will have the best time ever. Everyone bring your happiness, laughter and some patience as I'm sure we will need it at times. Everyone travel safely, please. We will begin on Sunday when everyone is here. If you come early we will begin when you get here. But the big party starts on Sunday afternoon.
We love you and can't wait to see you all! We will have a blast!

Here we are down to the last week and a half and it's hard to believe that we will be together very soon. We talked about this so long ago and now look where we are. It's already July, and to think we thought this day would never come!
We know that the pictures will probably be Monday morning. Will you please e-mail us and remind Dad and I what colors your family is wearing. We will also have Grandpa and Grandma here with us Monday and we will be having Jamie and James' dinner of Philly Cheese Steaks. YUMMO! We will have some games to play and Emily has put together a family game. Thanks Emily! We will also have Tasty Cakes from Philly as well as Birthday cake for Grandpa as his birthday will be the next day. Tuesday morning we will leave as soon as we can to Yellowstone. Kurt is coming!!!!! and we want to make sure that he is with us for the Yellowstone visit. Then we will have our adult dinner that night. I have babysitters arranged to watch the kids so we can visit an have a great time together. The rest of the week will be filled with whatever we would like. Ashley will be having her baby shower on Thursday evening at 7:00. The boys will take the kids out bowling or something to keep them entertained. We will still have horse back riding, swimming in the pool, fishing and lots of fun things to do. Even crafts for the kids! We want the guys to have time to be together and the girls to have time to be together. So we will see how that goes. And if you have any more suggestions....let us know!

IT'S GETTING CLOSER!

Here we are, another week behind us and the reunion is getting closer. We are getting so excited! We are trying so hard not to spend a lot of time thinking about it, then we would wish this time away and these are exciting times too with Miles's birth and Ashley's graduation! It will be here before we know it.
Because Kurt might not be able to be here past Wednesday we are thinking we will need to go to Yellowstone on Tuesday. A request for Ashley....can you change your appt. to Wednesday? That way we can leave early on Tuesday and spend the day in Yellowstone. Then when we get back we will go on our adult dinner. Now James has requested Big Jugs...I mean, Big Juds.If you have any other suggestions, let us know or forever hold your peace. We will have Jamie and James' dinner on Monday evening. I think we will have plenty to eat over the reunion. Hopefully no one starves! Everyone else remember to get us a list of ingredients for your dinners. We will need that soon so we can go shopping. I think there will be a baby shower for Ashley and the girls will do that. Dad said he and the boys and kids can go find something to do... maybe bowling.
We thought the pictures would be good to take either Sunday evening or Monday. We could even get some pictures with Grandma and Grandpa too. We want to do it early so the kids aren't sick of each other or us! We hope this sounds like fun and that you can hardly wait.
Now, for Kylie and Bryson who laughed at the picture that was in last weeks post. Here's another picture to keep you laughing......Dad is much better looking now, don't you think!
And look at that cute baby at the bottom. It's Kristy's turn to be spotlighted. From the time Dad and I were married 30 years ago, look how far we've come? Can you believe it?
